Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available at the cash registers. They never expire. Unused balances will remain on the gift certificate. Buyers Outlet is not responsible for lost, damaged, destroyed or stolen gift certificates. Gift certificates will not be replaced for any reason and cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a cash refund.
Returns or Exchanges
All plant sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges on plants. Returns or exchanges of other merchandise can be made for 30 days with a register receipt.
